Chennai, December 2023:<\/strong> Park Hyatt Chennai<\/strong> in collaboration with Gallery Veda<\/strong> hosted a unique and stimulating culinary exploration where every bite and brushstroke is a work of art. This guided tour displayed unique works of art by Chennai based contemporary artists, organized by Gallery Veda across the hotel and was paired with a progressive dinner to savour distinct flavours along with wine and cocktail pairings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking about the one-of-its-kind collaboration, Mr. Sascha Lenz<\/strong>, General Manager Park Hyatt Chennai, said \u201cGallery Veda and Park Hyatt Chennai have a long-standing relationship that dates back to the opening of the hotel. This time we have extended it to an experience that includes a culinary journey across all of the hotels restaurants and bars. Ms. Preeti Garg, Director Gallery Veda, seeks not just to curate and bring out the best of art forms, but also to give a platform to Chennai based contemporary artists. We were very excited about this collaboration and to bring another unique offering to the food & art lovers of the city.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration curated a phenomenal art tour with works of art by our Chennai based contemporary artists paired with a one-of-its-kind dining experience that the city has not seen before.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This guided tour started at The Flying Elephant with an aperitif, appetizer and an introduction to the event. Next on the journey comes The Dining Room to immerse guests in their first two courses of South Indian delicacies, celebrating the region’s culinary treasures and art. At Mr. Ong, guests were transported to the heart of Singapore with authentic cuisine that’s steeped in tradition and flavor. For an international adventure, The Flying Elephant beckons with bold and eye-appealing global creations. All through the journey let the art adorning the spaces guide everyone\u2019s senses unveiling inspiration at every turn.  The evening was a masterpiece of taste and culture, waiting to be explored. Chef Balaji Natarajan<\/strong> and his talented team ensured guests had experienced the guided tour with lasting memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
